Terms of Service

TennisAI provides tennis analytics for ATP and WTA — rankings, Race, Elo, player profiles, tournament draws, Compare, Match Pick, news, personalization (My Tour), and a paper betting desk for entertainment tracking. AI chat and analyst features may be offered later as part of a paid Pro plan.

Paper bets are not real-money gambling. Ledger balances and picks are simulated records inside the product. We do not accept wagers or pay out winnings. Match Pick leans are informational, not betting advice.

Paid Pro billing is not offered yet. Free signed-in features (including Match Pick and paper desks) may be rate-limited. Feature availability may change as we ship updates.

You must be at least 16 years old to create an account. By signing up you confirm that you meet this requirement and that the information you provide is accurate.

You are responsible for your account credentials and for activity under your account. Keep your password confidential. Notify us if you suspect unauthorized access.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that abuse the service, attempt to bypass rate limits or security controls, scrape the product in a way that harms the service or our data providers, or violate these terms.

When AI features are available to your account, answers are generated automatically and may be incomplete, outdated, or wrong. Do not rely on them as sole advice for betting, medical, legal, or financial decisions. You remain responsible for how you use any output.

• Do not attempt to access other users’ data or break authentication / security controls.
• Do not overload the service or AI features with automated abuse.
• Do not upload unlawful, harmful, or infringing content into chat or profile fields.
• Do not misrepresent TennisAI outputs as official ATP/WTA rulings or results.

Tour calendars, rankings, draws, and match statistics may come from third-party sports data sources. We do not claim ownership of that underlying sports data. Source availability can affect what the app shows.

How we handle your personal data is described in our Privacy Policy.

The service is provided “as available.” Features may be limited, delayed, or temporarily unavailable (including AI Coming Soon modes). We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, TennisAI and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under Spanish or EU consumer law.

These terms are governed by the laws of Spain, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections that may apply in your country of residence.

Manage or delete your account in Account. A public contact address will be added as the product grows.
